You will need copies of the originals of the following documents for each applicant at the time you apply for a loan:
- • Income - W2, Payroll Statement (current month), Tax Returns (two years) & Other Supporting Documents (alimony, child support, rental agreements, etc).
- • Assets - Bank & Investment Statements (two months)
- • Debts - Loan Statements
- • Other Documents - Real Estate Sales Contracts, Divorce Decree, Trust Documents, Homeowners Policy, Loan Application
